Dear all,

My name is Mohamad Halifi Farhan bin Mohd Yusof, one of the Real Estate Negotiator registered with CBD Properties (JB) Sdn. Bhd.
I have a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from College University Islamic Melaka.

Before I joined CBD Properties, I actually works as Mortgage Consultant Specialist for Government Servant . I've already involves in the real estate industry for almost 3 years and I think it is time for me to be involved directly as a realtor.

As a mortgage consultant, I have been recognized as a dedicated consultant as I manage to resolve any issues regarding the loan application for government servant and it is my dream job to actually assisting the others in order to get their dream house. At the current moment, I will be focusing in new project development around Johor, Melaka & Negeri Sembilan.

Please note that I have been preparing myself for the past 3 years as a mortgage consultant in order to get involves as the Real Estate Negotiator.
