Hi, my name is Patrick Wong Jia Lik from CBD Properties JB. I am graduated in Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from University of Sunderland (UK) in year 2011.

I started my property career since 2016 and my specialized area is Johor Bahru. My first sales was a subsales of a condominium in Kuala Lumpur Mont Kiara when i joined in the first year.
